Delivery & Return Policy

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible and ensure that our delivery charges are fair and reasonable.
If you are placing an order for a variety of products more than one delivery charge may apply as products are dispatched separately dependant on where the products are dispatched from. Please be assured that we will get orders to you as quickly as possible.  

Delivery Times

Delivery is normally within five to seven working days, often much sooner. On each product page there is a deliver tab which indicates the expected delivery time as well as the shipping cost of the product.

If you have a query about delivery for a product which you have already ordered, please contact us. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email or this can also be found on our contact us page

How To Return An Item

  1. Contact our customer care team via our contact us page with your order number and reasons for returning your purchase. Please note that your email must be sent within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). 
  2. Our customer care team will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  3. Wrap the item securely and safely.
  4. Post the item back to the address provided by the customer care team via your local post office  – we strongly recommend that you request proof of postage for your records or send recorded delivery.

Receiving A Refund

Refunds will be made to you within 30 working days of the cancellation date of the order (for items not already in production) or from when the returned item(s) are received by Dizinga.com.  The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or Paypal account.

Duties On Returns

Please note we are unable to refund delivery or import duties.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process.

How To Cancel Your Order

Please notify our Customer Care Team in writing by email via our contact us page. Upon receipt of your email, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued together with instructions on how to make the return. Please note that Dizinga.com reserve the right to refuse unsolicited order returns.
